Tube heating furnaces
Tube furnaces are intended for high-temperature heating of oil and oil products during their processing. If necessary, hydrocarbon gas, water, inert gas and others can be heated up in such furnaces.
Types of furnaces Characteristics
Tubular box-type furnaces (vertical fuel combustion with 1 radiation chamber) With vertical flue gas exhaust system, horizontal screens, free vertical burning of combined fuel. Burners are arranged in one row in the furnace’s floor. Burners’ maintenance is carried out from one side, that enables to mount two radiation chambers.
Tubular box-type furnaces (vertical fuel combustion with flat burners ) With vertical flue gas exhaust system and horizontal or central tube screens, with flat-burning of combined fuel on front walls. Furnaces with two radiation chambers are preferable for processes that require “soft” heating mode (cracking process).
Multistage furnaces (СС) With rectangular or horizontally positioned coil, separately placed convective chamber and built-in air-heater of vertical burner for free fuel combustion.
Cylindrical furnaces (типа ЦС) Furnaces with wall-arranged tubes of the coil in one radiation chamber, of vertical burner for free fuel combustion. There are 2 types of these furnaces designing: radiant (without a convection chamber), radiant-convectional(with a convection chamber).
Tubular box-type furnaces (типа ВС) Furnace with vertically positioned coil tubes of vertical burner for free fuel combustion. There are 4 sizes, that differ in number of similar radiation chambers. Furnaces can be used in installations of atmospheric and crude distillation of oil.
